Instructions for Booking and Payment
To secure your spot: Initial payment: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of USD 700.00 per person is required.
Second Payment: A subsequent payment of 50% of the total amount. can be paid in installments on a credit card (with fees) up to September 30, 2026.
Final Payment: The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival in Cusco or by credit card (with fees) before the retreat
Confirmation: After receiving your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email along with a PDF copy of these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, and the contract becomes valid.
Cancellation Policy
Initial deposit: All deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
This includes medical emergencies, as funds are immediately allocated to ensure
authorizations, tickets and reservations (e.g., entrance to Machu Picchu, train tickets, accommodations), which are Non-refundable to us.
One week before the retreat: 100% of the total cost will be lost.
Two weeks before the retreat: 80% of the total cost is lost.
Three weeks before the retreat: 70% of the total cost lost.
One month before the retreat: 60% loss of the total cost.
