This journey is offered in three enrollment phases:
Tier 1 — USD 2050
Valid until May 30th or until the first spots are filled.
Tier 2 — USD 2300
Valid until July 31st or until the second tier is filled.
Tier 3 — USD 2550
Valid until August 31st or while spaces remain available.
Accommodation
Spaces are limited, and prices increase as the group fills.
Accommodation is included in shared rooms (double occupancy), selected in alignment with the nature of the journey.
For those who prefer more privacy, we offer:
Single room upgrade (+ USD 400)
Available upon request and subject to limited availability.

Reservation & Payment
To secure your spot, a deposit of:
USD 500
Your spot will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance can be paid until August 31st, 2026,through the following options:
- Pix (full payment)
- Credit card via Mercado Pago (installments available with additional fees)
- International transfer via Wise
Payment details will be provided after registration.
Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-confirmed basis.
Cancellation Policy
Payment and reservation
To secure your spot, a deposit is required at the time of registration.
– The deposit is non refundable, as it is used to secure reservations and logistics for the journey.
– However, it is transferable to a future retreat if you are unable to attend this edition.
The remaining balance can be paid according to the available payment options at the time of registration.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the participant:
– Up to 30 days before the retreat: 30% of the total amount is retained
– Between 15 and 29 days before: 50% is retained
– Between 7 and 14 days before: 70% is retained
– Less than 7 days before: 100% is retained
General conditions
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Whenever possible, we aim to find solutions that respect both the participant and the sustainability of the journey.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage,especially for an international experience.
