This is not a retreat.
It is a threshold of transformation.
October 11th to 21st, 2026
Limited spaces available for a small group.
This is not a spiritual journey.
It is a conscious choice for transformation.
A journey that not only adds to your life —
ela também revela e remove o que já não sustenta quem você está se tornando.
The Awakening in the Sacred Himalayas was created for those who know they can no longer postpone the changes their life is asking for.
Not for those seeking a quick fix.
Or a superficial spiritual experience.
But for those ready for a conscious inner transformation —
sustained by presence, courage, and responsibility.
This journey creates a powerful field of reconnection, where you can:
– recognize patterns that keep repeating
– gain clarity on choices that require action
– strengthen the alignment between what you feel within and the life you are building externally
In the Himalayas, distractions fade.
The noise quiets.
The truth becomes harder to ignore.
Throughout the journey, yoga practices, moments of devotion, conscious walks, and experiences in sacred places create the conditions for you to access greater clarity, confidence, and inner strength —
not as an inspiring spiritual idea,
but as a grounded experience of presence and direction.
The Awakening in the Sacred Himalayas does not promise ready-made answers.
It invites you to cross a real threshold —
of deep listening, alignment, and transformation.
Honoring your timing.
Your story.
And the truth that is already asking for space within you.
India is not the destination of this journey.
It is the field where the process unfolds.
While many retreats remain in Rishikesh, we go further.
Awakening in the Sacred Himalayas moves through territories that, for centuries, have been recognized as portals of purification, surrender, and inner rebirth.
In Devprayag, where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers merge to form the Ganga, we encounter the symbolism of convergence — the point where separate forces become one current.
We continue to Gangotri, one of the sacred sources of the Ganges, associated with purification and return to origin.
And we reach Kedarnath, one of the most revered temples dedicated to Shiva, set high in the mountains.
These are not tourist destinations.
They are pilgrimage grounds.
As you move through these places, you are not simply visiting landscapes — you are entering spaces that, for millennia, have held practices of silence, surrender, and transformation.
Throughout the journey, you will be invited to:
– practice yoga and meditation in the mountains
– experience moments of devotion along the Ganges
– walk paths traditionally taken as pilgrimage
– allow the force of these places to reveal what needs to be seen, released, and realigned
India, in this context, does not soften the process.
It amplifies it.
Throughout this journey, you are not simply visiting places —
you are entering states that cannot be accessed within the rhythm of daily life.
The body slows down.
The mind loses its grip.
Silence begins to take space.
Without constant distraction, what once went unnoticed becomes clear.
There are moments of practice.
Moments of devotion.
And moments where nothing is guided — only lived.
The environment is not neutral.
It reorganizes.
The altitude, the rhythm, the silence, and the presence create a field where the inner world becomes more visible.
What needs to be seen, appears.
What needs to be released, begins to loosen.
What needs to be aligned, finds space.
The Himalayas do not require physical exhaustion to transform you.
They require availability.
To experience these mountains with intention is to allow something within you to reorganize —
without forcing, but without avoiding.
Not as a concept.
But as a direct experience.
you are looking for a touristic or exotic experience
comfort and convenience are your main priority
you are seeking quick solutions without true inner involvement
you tend to avoid confronting patterns you already recognize
you are not ready for an intense and transformative process
Traveling to the Himalayas is not spiritual tourism.
It is entering one of the oldest living fields of practice, devotion, and awakening on Earth.
In the Himalayas, spirituality is not something of the past.
It is alive.
In places like Rishikesh, where the Ganges flows like a continuous mantra; in Gangotri, where the river emerges as a symbol of purity; in Kedarnath, one of the most sacred temples dedicated to Shiva; and in Devprayag, where rivers merge to form the Ganga — you come into contact with forces that invite truth from within.
In this journey, you are not just a visitor.
You are a conscious participant in a process.
Throughout the journey, you will:
– experience yoga practices and moments of devotion in energetically potent environments
– access sacred spaces that few retreats choose to include
– allow the silence of the mountains to reveal patterns ready for transformation
– remain present through the discomfort that real growth requires
– share the journey with others who have chosen not to postpone their inner decisions
The ascent to Kedarnath will be done by helicopter — not to avoid depth, but to preserve energy for what truly matters: the conscious experience in the presence of the temple and the field it holds.
This is not about extreme physical effort.
It is about inner availability.
It is not just a journey.
It is a decision.
A decision to cross a threshold of transformation — and return with greater alignment, clarity, and the strength to sustain the life you know you are ready to live.
This is not a typical spiritual itinerary through India.
It is a journey through territories that sustain real transformation.
Places that are living fields.
We begin in Rishikesh,
continue to Gangotri, the source of the Ganges,
ascend to Kedarnath, one of the most sacred temples in India,
and complete the journey in Devprayag, where rivers merge to form the Ganga.
Few retreats move through these places.
Each one holds a distinct field of consciousness.
You do not visit.
You position yourself in their presence.
Kedarnath with intention
The ascent is done by helicopter.
Energy is preserved for what matters: presence, silence, and integration.
It is not about physical endurance.
It is about inner availability.
Practice aligned with the land
Yoga, silence, and moments of devotion — integrated with the rhythm of the mountains and the river.
No excess.
No spiritual performance.
This retreat is unique because it doesn’t aim to impress—it aims to transform, deeply and sustainably.
It is a soulful experience for those who feel the time has come to live with more truth, presence, and alignment.
From Rishikesh to Gangotri, from Kedarnath to Devprayag, each place holds a distinct frequency.
These are not visits.
They are conscious encounters with spaces that, for centuries, have received prayer, silence, and spiritual seeking.
In Gangotri, you connect with the purity of the source.
In Devprayag, you witness the union of the rivers that form the Ganga.
Origin and convergence.
Movement and integration.
To stand before the temple of Shiva is to confront the essential.
The ascent by helicopter preserves energy for what truly matters:
presence, deep listening, and integration in one of the most powerful fields of the Himalayas.
Daily practices of yoga, breathwork, and moments of devotion — guided in attunement with the land.
No performance.
No excess.
Practice as a support to sustain what is awakened.
Each stage of the journey is designed so the experience does not remain only on an emotional or spiritual level.
You return with greater clarity, alignment, and responsibility for the next steps in your life.
A complete experience that nourishes the body, awakens the soul, and expands consciousness.
In India, food is not just nourishment.
It is care, tradition, and medicine.
Rich in spices such as turmeric, ginger, cumin, cardamom, and coriander, Indian cuisine balances flavor and function. Each ingredient carries properties that warm, purify, stimulate, or calm the body.
Throughout the journey, you will experience local food prepared in a simple and authentic way — mostly vegetarian meals, fresh and aligned with the yogic tradition.
It is not about sophistication.
It is about vitality.
Between dhal, chapatis, basmati rice, spiced vegetables, and herbal teas, the food supports the body so the inner process can unfold with stability.
Eating in India is part of the practice.
It is slowing down.
It is gratitude.
It is integration.
Accommodation throughout the journey will be simple, clean, and welcoming — aligned with the reality of the Himalayas.
In Rishikesh, the intention is to stay in an ashram, experiencing a traditional atmosphere of practice and contemplation.
In the other locations, especially in higher regions such as Gangotri and Kedarnath, accommodations reflect the nature of the mountains: more essential in structure, comfortable within what is possible, but without luxury standards.
This is not a resort experience.
It is an immersion in sacred territory.
The simplicity of the environment is part of the process.
It invites you to release excess, focus on what is essential, and remain present.
Everything will be carefully selected to offer safety, cleanliness, and proper support for the group — while honoring the local context.
Comfort here is not about luxury.
It is about coherence with the experience you have chosen to live.
More than a journey to the Himalayas, this is a journey within.
Between the flow of the Ganga, the silence of the mountains, and the presence before temples such as Kedarnath, something begins to reorganize..
The mind slows down.
The body finds a different rhythm.
Perception becomes clearer.
What once felt like noise begins to take shape.
What was uncertainty starts to align.
Throughout the days — from Rishikesh to Gangotri, to the meeting of the rivers in Devprayag — you move not only through external landscapes, but through inner states.
You return with greater clarity on what you need to sustain.
More courage to take ownership of your choices.
Greater alignment between who you are and the life you are ready to live.
Not as an ending.
But as the beginning of a new way of walking —
with more presence, truth, and responsibility
This is the true destination of this journey: the reunion with yourself.
Prepare yourself for a journey carefully designed to integrate body, mind, and consciousness. Each place carries an intention. Each practice deepens presence and invites you into a deeper inner experience. Explore the full itinerary and feel the call of this journey.

“I will guide your journey with one intention: to lead you back to yourself through the sacred temples of the Himalayas.”
Facilitator and Therapist, Letícia Letícia has spent years walking a continuous path of personal transformation, studying and practicing spiritual disciplines, ancestral wisdom, and deep reconnection processes.
A Tantra Yoga teacher since 2017, her relationship with India began through this call for spiritual deepening. Since then, she has traveled to the country three times, spending around two months on each journey, dedicated to study, intensive sadhana, and her own process of self-inquiry.
Her path is marked not only by study, but by a commitment to holding spaces of presence, deep listening, and integration — especially in symbolic and transformative environments such as the Himalayas.
With an integrative approach, Letícia guides practices that weave together body awareness, energy work, meditation, devotion, and ancestral wisdom — always honoring the timing, boundaries, and uniqueness of each participant.
In this journey, she will be the thread that holds the inner process and the collective experience, offering the support needed for each person to move through it with presence, depth, and truth.
