Instructions for Booking and Payment
To secure your spot: Fill out the form below with your details. Make the deposit payment of US$ 700, converted to Brazilian Reais at the time of reservation. Your place will be confirmed after receiving the deposit and validation from the team. The remaining amount can be paid in installments, with full payment completed by November 1st, 2025..
Cancellation Policy
✔ The deposit is non refundable.
✔ Cancellations up to 90 days before the retreat: 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
✔ Cancellations between 89 and 60 days before the retreat: 30% refund (excluding the deposit).
✔ Cancellations less than 60 days in advance or no-shows: no refund will be provided.
✔ You may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval from the organization.
