Your spot will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.<\/p>

The remaining balance can be paid until August 31st, 2026,<\/strong>through the following options:<\/p>

Payment and reservation<\/strong><\/p>

To secure your spot, a deposit is required at the time of registration.<\/p>

\u2013 The deposit is non refundable<\/strong>, as it is used to secure reservations and logistics for the journey.
\u2013 However, it is transferable<\/strong> to a future retreat if you are unable to attend this edition.<\/p>

The remaining balance can be paid according to the available payment options at the time of registration.<\/p>

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>

In case of cancellation by the participant:<\/p>

\u2013 Up to 30 days before the retreat: 30% of the total amount is retained
\u2013 Between 15 and 29 days before: 50% is retained
\u2013 Between 7 and 14 days before: 70% is retained
\u2013 Less than 7 days before: 100% is retained<\/p>
